Barbados Meets Basin
“My girlfriend and I were looking for something a little bit different to the usual engagement ring. As we consider ourselves a little bit more connected with the Earth I searched for wooden rings and came across your website.”
And my goodness we’re glad you did, Paul & Emily!
This stunning design for an engagement ring is the result of combining their love of a couple of different places and encapsulating it for all eternity!
“We chose sand, glass and shells from our home in England and also one of our favourite places to visit - Barbados.”
Paul and Emily are fortunate enough to live in a wonderful little village in Essex, in the UK, called Heybridge Basin. Being able to gather fragments of sand, shell and sea glass from there was a perfect way to ensure they always have a piece of home with them. Paul’s many happy memories of time spent in Barbados seemed a fitting addition and the end result is just beautiful.
Emily’s ring is made with oak and lined with ash and has a striking centred white diamond sitting majestically in a white gold bezel setting. It’s an eye-catching design which we’re certain will be admired for years to come!
Congratulations to you both, from all the team!
